As a Climate Reality Leader in Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project, Asif demonstrates his commitment to global climate action. He is also an authorized presenter of Al Gore’s Academy Award–winning An Inconvenient Truth slideshow, which emphasizes the importance of renewable energy. His engagement as a member of the Global Muslim Climate Network (GMCN) further underscores his dedication to mobilizing diverse communities towards sustainable futures, making him a compelling voice at the intersection of development and climate leadership.

Rehana Aziz is our Global Fundraising Lead at Solar For Her, originating from the stunning landscapes of Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. She is a passionate advocate for sustainable energy and gender equity in solar initiatives. With extensive expertise in Energy Systems Management and her current position as a Product Manager at Tigo Energy in San Francisco, Rehana is at the forefront of renewable energy innovation, driving clean energy solutions that are smarter and more efficient. Beyond her technological endeavors, she is dedicated to empowering girls and young women, advocating for access to education, leadership, and opportunities, and demonstrating that clean energy and empowered communities can thrive together.

Qandeel Rehman holds a PhD in Renewable Energy Engineering, focusing on third-generation solar panel manufacturing. With 10 years of experience in renewable energy and climate philanthropy, she is a strong advocate for gender equity in solar initiatives. Through her initiative 'She in Energy,' co-founded with Rehana Azizl, she trains women and rural communities in solar skills, promoting clean energy solutions. Qandeel is a recipient of the Gender Climate Award 2024 and has been recognized as a UN Climate Hero, Acumen Academy Fellow, and Commonwealth Professional Fellow.

She has led the design of over 200 MW of solar projects and supported technical due diligence on more than 600 MW of renewable energy assets.
